We have 2 Lake District Cottages both located in the heart of Windermere.
Old Codgers Cottage is one of the nicest Holiday Cottages in The Lake District with all modern comforts without spoiling its traditional appeal.

Our Cottages are true Traditional Lake District Cottages.They were built around 1850 and are ideally located in the heart of Windermere in the Lake District national park.
Our windermere holiday cottages are located just a few metres from shops, bars and restaurants and a few minutes walk from the Windermere train station.

The result being a quality,characterful cottage that will appeal to a wide range of our guests. A true traditional Cottage situated on 2 floors, it has been converted to provide comfortable 'home from home' accommodation and is one of the most ideally situated to enjoy your holidays in the Lake District

Situated in a cul-de-sac, Our holiday Cottage is ideally placed for easy access to the centre of Windermere and only a short walk from the railway station.It is situated in a pleasant residential area of Windermere, close to various public houses selling traditional ales which are popular with locals and holidaymakers alike.It is also situated conveniently for all the attractions of a Holiday in the Lake District National Park

Turn off the M6 Motorway at Junction 36 onto the A590 (A591) to Kendal & Windermere. Follow the dual carriageway to the large roundabout just outside Kendal. Carry on along the A591 to Windermere.After 29 km turn left onto High Street for 60m then left onto Victoria Street for 0.1km then left onto A5074 ( Crescent Road ) for 70m then turn left into Beech Street.
